Getting started

I don't know what I need. Where do I start?

That's exactly where most people start. Get in touch and we'll have a relaxed chat about your business. From there I can look at what you're already doing, show you what's working and what to stop, and suggest the next step.

How do I get started?

Just get in touch and tell me a little about your business. We'll arrange a relaxed chat, and from there I'll suggest the best next step for you, with no obligation.

What kind of businesses do you work with?

Small business owners and founders who are ready to grow. I've worked across fitness, wellbeing, fashion and ecommerce, but the principles work for almost any business that wants more of the right customers.

Working with me locally

Do you work with small businesses near me in Hampshire?

Yes. I help small businesses in Hook, Basingstoke, Fleet, Farnham and the towns and villages around them, as well as across the rest of Hampshire. Whether you're a local gym, salon, shop, café or trade, I know how to reach customers in your area without a big budget.

Do you work with businesses outside Hampshire?

Yes. Most of my work can be done online, so I'm happy to help small businesses wherever they are in the UK. I just have a soft spot for local businesses in Hook, Basingstoke and Fleet.

Budgets and paid ads

Do I need a big marketing budget?

Not at all. Most of the businesses I work with are small and every pound matters. My gym client spent £108 on one ad and got 18 leads. It's about spending what you have in the right places.

I've tried boosting posts and it didn't work. Will ads work for me?

Boosting is rarely the answer. It puts your post in front of people but not necessarily the right ones. A properly set up campaign on Meta or Google, with clear targeting and a message that speaks to your ideal customer, is a completely different thing.

Who owns my ad accounts and website?

You do. I always recommend your ads, email platform and website are set up in your own name, so you keep full ownership of your data and results.

Getting found online

Can you help me get found on Google and ChatGPT?

Yes. People now ask ChatGPT and other AI tools for recommendations as well as searching on Google. I look at the words on your website, how it's set up and what's said about your business online, so search engines and AI tools understand exactly what you do and who you help.

Email marketing

Can you help with email marketing and my CRM?

Yes, it's one of my favourite things. I've managed CRM and email for a spa and grew my own fashion brand's list to 8,000 people. Whether you're starting from scratch or have a list you're not using, I can help you turn it into sales.

Websites

What's included in the £299 website?

Your new website includes 5 pages, designed around your brand and your customers, works beautifully on phones, includes a contact form so leads come straight to you, and I'll help you get it live. The £299 price is a launch offer for my first five website clients, after which it will be £399. Tell me what you need and I'll confirm everything before we start.

Can you build an online shop?

Yes. The £299 package is for a brochure website, which showcases your business and brings in enquiries and bookings. If you want to sell products online with a shopping basket and checkout, I build Shopify ecommerce websites from £999. I ran my own online shop for five years, so I know what makes one sell.

Still have a question?

Tell me a little about your business and I'll come back to you personally. No jargon and no hard sell, just honest advice.
