Big ideas for small budgets

Almost £41 back for every £1 spent on email marketing.* Your next sale could already be on your email list.

You've worked hard to attract customers and subscribers. Relevant, well timed emails help you turn that interest into enquiries, sales and repeat business, making more of the audience you've already built.

I help small businesses across Hampshire grow their email lists, create engaging campaigns and organise customer information, so staying in touch takes less effort and fewer opportunities get overlooked.

Give customers a reason to return

A first purchase doesn't have to be the last. From welcoming new subscribers to reminding customers it's time to book again, email helps you keep the conversation going and make more of the relationships you've already built.

Email and customer data

Could your email list be doing more for your business?

Whether you haven't sent an email in months or you're sending regularly without much response, I'll help you identify what to improve.

“I have a list, but rarely email it.”

When you're busy running a business, staying in touch can slip down the list. I'll help you plan and send relevant emails that remind people what you offer and give them a reason to return.

“I don't know what to send.”

You don't need a discount every time you email. We'll turn customer questions, useful advice and business updates into emails worth opening, with a clear reason to click, enquire or buy.

“My customer information is all over the place.”

When details are spread across spreadsheets, inboxes and booking systems, following up takes longer. I'll help organise your customer information so you can find what you need, keep track of conversations and know who to follow up with next.

How it works

1

Understand what you need

We'll talk about your customers, your goals and what you're already doing. I'll review your email list and systems to identify the most useful starting point.

2

Put the foundations in place

We'll agree the priorities and costs, then I'll set up or improve the forms, emails and customer records your business needs.

3

Review and improve

For ongoing support, I'll review how your emails perform and use what we learn to improve future campaigns and follow up messages.

Questions about email marketing & crm

If yours isn't here, just drop me a message.

How much does email marketing help cost?

Ongoing email marketing support starts from £199 a month, depending on how many emails you send and what needs setting up. If you need a one off CRM set up or tidy up, I'll give you a clear quote before we start.

Is email marketing still worth it?

Absolutely. People who join your list have already shown interest, and unlike social media you're not relying on an algorithm to show them your message. For many small businesses it's one of the best returns on time and money.

How often should I email my list?

Regularly enough that people remember you, and only when you have something useful to say. For most small businesses that's somewhere between weekly and monthly, and we'll find the rhythm that suits you.

Which email platform should I use?

It depends on your business. I have lots of experience with Klaviyo, which is brilliant for ecommerce, and I'll help you choose something that fits your budget and needs.

I don't have a list yet. Where do I start?

That's fine, everyone starts at zero. I grew my own list from nothing to 8,000 people. We'll start with a simple sign up offer and a welcome email.
